This contemporary loft conversion has been created to provide our client with a master bedroom with en-suite and wardrobe space as well as including an extra bedroom within the roof slope to the front. We worked hard to maximise space in this design and as well as incorporating a storage cupboard to house the megaflow hot water cylinder.

The finishes include engineered wood flooring and a decorated feature wall behind the double bed.

 

Part of the challenge of this project was designing the staircase position from first floor to the loft. This meant we had to take some space from the existing small third bedroom but this gave us the opportunity to create a small office from the remaining space separated off the landing by a feature glass screen.
