A modern zinc clad loft conversion to a Victorian semi-detached house in Reigate has transformed this house with a new master bedroom and en-suite and the creation of a spare bedroom the the front of the second floor plan. In order to make room for the new staircase to the second floor, the internal room to the smallest bedroom on the first floor was removed and a fireproof glass partition and sliding door allowed a small study room to be formed for working from home.​
